It applies to all users of the SPF flattening services ("Services") provided by DuoCircle LLC. under our Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Our Services are designed to provide efficient and reliable SPF flattening for companies of various sizes. To maintain the quality and performance of our Services, we have established usage limits for each plan. This Policy outlines these limits and our approach to fair use.

2. Plan Limits

  • Plus Plan: Up to 250,000 SPF records per month.
  • Premium Plan: Up to 1,000,000 SPF records per month.
  • Enterprise Plan: Over 1,000,000 SPF records per month.

3. Fair Use

While our Services are designed to accommodate a wide range of usage, we recognize that some users may exceed typical usage patterns. We encourage users to select a plan that aligns with their expected usage to ensure optimal performance for all customers.

  • Plus Plan: Intended for small to medium-sized businesses with moderate SPF flattening needs.
  • Premium Plan: Suitable for larger businesses with higher SPF flattening requirements.
  • Enterprise Plan: Designed for large enterprises with extensive SPF flattening needs.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we detect that your usage significantly exceeds the limits of your selected plan, we may contact you to discuss upgrading to a more appropriate plan.

5. Upgrades

If your usage exceeds the limits of your current plan, we will work with you to identify a plan that better suits your needs. This is to ensure that all users receive the best possible service and that our infrastructure can support all users effectively.

6. No Suspension for Usage

We do not suspend accounts solely based on usage. However, we reserve the right to contact users who exceed fair use limits to discuss upgrading their plan.
