1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.

2. Select Add Account and choose Other

3. Add Mail Account and fill out your credentials then hit Next

4.a. For IMAP use the following settings:

Incoming mail server:

Host Name: imap.mailhostingservice.com

Username: Your Full Email Address

Password: Your Email Password

Outgoing mail server:

Host Name: smtp.mailhostingservice.com

Username: Your Full Email Address

Password: Your Email Password

4.b.For POP use the following settings:

Incoming mail server:

Host Name: pop.mailhostingservice.com

Username: Your Full Email Address

Password: Your Email Password

Outgoing mail server:

Host Name: smtp.mailhostingservice.com

Username: Your Full Email Address

Password: Your Email Password

5. If you get an error, Save the account anyway and select Advanced.

For IMAP, make sure Use SSL is enabled and Server Port is 993

For POP, make sure Use SSL is enabled and Server Port is 995

6. Click Done to save the settings and close the Settings app. Open the Mail app on your iOS device and try to see if it will download your emails now.
