Forwarding is setup by using a Filter:

  1. Login to webmail and click settings
  2. Select Filters
  3. Select Filter Set or create a new on - only one filter set can be active at one time
  4. Select or create a new filter rule
  5. Give the filter a name
  6. Choose which mail the rule should apply to
  7. For forwarding select the action to be Send message copy to and enter the email address where the mail should be forwarded to.
  8. Click Save



How to set up email forwarding and keep a local copy on the server:

  1. Login to webmail using your email login and password.
  2. Choose Settings from the top menu bar.
  3. Click on the Filters tab.
  4. If you don't have any pre-existing filters, click on the + at the bottom left corner of the page.
  5. In the New filter window on the right side of the screen, choose a name for your filter.
  6. Under Filter Rules, select all messages.
  7. Under Filter Actions, in the left drop down list, select Copy message to.
  8. In the drop down menu on the right, select Inbox.
  9. Click on the + plus sign to add another action.
  10. Under Filter Rules, select all messages.
  11. Under Filter Actions, in the left drop down list, select Redirect message to.
  12. Type in the email address that you would like to forward your email to.
  13. Click Save.
