The default retention time for email continuity is 7 days of email. The Email Continuity system is designed to facilitate email communications when your primary email server is down. It is not designed to be your daily email interface. 

Emails are purged based on the retention policy. Once deleted the messages cannot be recovered.  

If you would like to extend the retention time from 7 days to 30 days please contact our customer service department for details.
