Please create a support ticket to arrange a time to discuss your migration as early as possible.

A typical migration includes the following stages:

Phase 1: Planning

Your dedicated migration specialist will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and to set a date to starthe testing of your environment. A migration date will then be fixed based on the results.

Phase 2: Pre-migration
A week before your migration date, our team will proceed with all preparatory steps necessary to ensure your migration is carried out smoothly on the scheduled day.

Phase 3: Migration
On your migration day, the email service will be re-routed to SherWeb’s Hosted Exchange 2013. Your migration specialist will keep you posted every step of the way.

Phase 4: Post-migration
Two business days following your migration, we will follow up with you to ensure that the process went smoothly and to address any outstanding issues or concerns.

*Please note that mobile devices as well as local Outlook items such as mailbox rules (client/server), signatures, out-of-office settings, folder security

permissions, delegates, personal distribution lists, disclaimers, public folders, and categories cannot be migrate and will need to be transferred manually.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Avoid making major mailbox clean-ups and changing passwords in the week prior to your scheduled
