Introduction

DuoCircle's Message Log Viewer allows administrative users to manage quarantined and archived emails for their entire organization. This ensures that emails mistakenly flagged or held can be reviewed, released, or redelivered as needed.

Prerequisites

  • Administrator access to the DuoCircle Portal.
  • Enabled Quarantine and/or Smart Quarantine features for your domain (for quarantine management).
  • Enabled Message Replay feature for your domain (for archive management).

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log In to the DuoCircle Portal
  2. Navigate to the Message Log Viewer
    • After signing in, go to the Message Log Viewer.

  3. Understand Quarantine and Archive
    • Quarantine: Stores rejected emails, allowing administrators to override the rejection and release a duplicate of the message. This feature is available if Quarantine and/or Smart Quarantine are enabled.
    • Archive: Stores accepted emails, enabling administrators to re-deliver a copy of the message if the Message Replay feature is enabled.
  4. Release Quarantined or Archived Messages
    • In the Quarantine or Archive section:
    • Select the messages you wish to act on by marking the checkbox next to them.
