Administrative users can log into the Client Area and use the Message Log Viewer tool to manage the Quarantine for their entire organization. 


On successful sign-in to Message Log Viewer, the Quarantine and Archive tabs are available in the top menu bar:

In general terms:

  •  Quarantine holds copies of messages we rejected, in case you wish to override the rejection and release a duplicate of the message to be delivered to you
    (if your domain has Quarantine and/or Smart Quarantine features)

  • Archive holds copies of messages we accepted, in case you wish to re-deliver a copy of the message
    (if your domain has the Message Replay feature)


You can do this by checkmarking one or more of the messages shown and click the Release duplicate button at the top of the page:
