To check the renewal status of a service please login to the Admin Portal


  1. On the top menu, click Services >> My Services. 
  2. You will see the expiration dates and status of each of your services' in the main table on the right and a summary of the service statuses in the View table on the left.
  3. Please be aware accounts that are not configured for auto renewal will be marked as Pending when they are up for renewal and suspended once passed due and mail may fail if the service is not renewed.
