You can manage the settings on your account by logging into our Admin portal at https://admin.duocircle.com with your current DYN or Nettica username and password. 

How to mange your support requests:

To manage your support tickets you can login at https://support.duocircle.com 

The username and password for the Admin Portal and the user name and password for the Support Site are not the same or synced in any way, they are separately managed login credentials.
