The default port for inbound SMTP is port 25. However your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be blocking inbound SMTP on that port. 


The Email Gateway service supports relay to any of the following ports: 24, 25, 26, 587, 2525, 10025, 52525


Here's how you can configure which port you'll need us to forward your mails:


  1. Login to your Admin Dashboard  

  2. Go to Services >> My Services 

  3. Select the Active Email Gateway service domain to manage it 

  4. Under Destination Servers click Add Destination Server and enter your mail server IP address or hostname 



  5. In the popup, enter your Destination Server's Host or IP address and priority



  6. Click the port number on Destination Port and choose your preferred port number from the dropdown




    *Please make sure the selected port number is open on the mail server side to ensure delivery of your messages*
