If you no longer use an SPF Include record, you can quickly remove it from your SPF Manager by following these steps:
- Navigate to your Domain Dashboard and select the Domain that you wish to manage an SPF record of.
- From the SPF records section, identify the Include record that you wanted to remove.

- Hover over the Include record that you wish to remove from your SPF record. The "Remove" button will appear. Click on the "Remove" button for every Include record that you wish to remove, and the record will disappear from your list.

- Don't forget to save your changes by scrolling down a bit and clicking on the "Save spf record" button to save your changes.

- Finally, upon page refresh, you should no longer see the SPF Includes that you have removed from your SPF Manager list.

Excluding Individual IPs Without Removing the Include
You can also prevent entries in your SPF Manager list from being included in your Flattened list of IP Addresses without actually using the "Remove" button.
- Expand an SPF Manager list entry so you can see the entries you wish to exclude. Then un-check the box next to one or more of the entries at whichever level you need.

- Scroll down and click the "Save spf record" button.

- The entry will now show in the 'Saved record changes' list with an action type of 'blacklisted'. This means it is not currently being included in your flattened SPF records.

- This process can be easily reversed. Simply check the box beside the entry again, hit the "Save spf record" button, then you will see your entry in the 'Saved record changes' list with an action type of 'whitelisted'. This means it is being included in your flattened SPF records again.

Please note that we may change the user interface in the future, however, you may always check on the SPF records page for how you will be able to remove an include from your Domain SPF record.
